Well… Due to the crazy weather we had this past weekend we had to cancel our appearance at Mysticon. Which really sucked because we were looking forward to heading to Roanoke to see and hang out with everyone. Heck, even my husband was planning on coming — he never comes to cons with me.
Because of the Snowmagedonpocalypse, husband and I got an early start to grocery shopping – beating out everyone to the bread, milk, & beer – but honestly it was a shopping weekend anyway. The dog was happy we stayed home.
Most of the weekend was spent wondering if we would lose power, but thankfully, we didn’t. I’ve been working on books. What did you do over the weekend? Did you get more snow? I know my family up north and got 2 feet of the white stuff.
Overall, we survived.
And in all the weirdness of the world, that is all we can do.
